This artwork is made to promote that a product that you tested with ACT Lab meets certain safety requirements. The main element of this label is to provide that your product has been ACT lab tested, the statement that the product is “compliant to” the appropriate standards ANSI/CAN/UL 2849, ANSI/CAN/UL 2272, and ANSI/CAN/UL/ULC 2271.

Below are some guidelines for using the Tag, Sticker, and Box art for your next tested product.

Authorized Use

Using the label art is not required and be achieved with simple wording that covers all elements, however, if used, the art can only be displayed on products that have been tested by ACT Lab to the specified standard and are proven compliant.  Intentional misuse of the art may result in ACT pursuing legal action against the party responsible.

All compliant tested products that qualify will be listed along with a certificate of compliance available on a webpage that provides specific validation of the product accessible by QR code on the label when scanned.  If you do not wish to have your product published, please notify Kevin Garcia directly at
kgarcia@act-lab.com.  Note that non-compliant or partially tested products will not be published on the page.
