Long Beach, California – May 2, 2025 – To support our clients during this time of economic uncertainty surrounding international tariffs and the shifting supply chain issues, ACT is launching the “Tariff Reduction ACT” by implementing new pricing programs in two primary areas:

  1. Current base test price adjustments.
    ACT has adjusted pricing on most mechanical and chemical compliance and regulatory services across our global testing network. These newly adjusted prices can provide tremendous savings.  We understand when hard costs rise, that is not the time to cut back on important services mandated for consumer safety.
  1. Show special pricing on compliance test packages now through July 15!
    Commonly bundled standards for electrical safety, mechanical performance, and chemical toxicity mandated by many governments, importers, exporters, brick & motor and/or e-commerce retailers provide further price incentives and reductions for those that commit at upcoming trade shows. Starting May 5 at the 2025 China International Bicycle Fair in Shanghai and running through Eurobike 2025 Expo in Frankfurt, Germany, qualifying customers will have until July 15 to solidify their plans.  Samples products must arrive at one of our testing locations worldwide by August 15 to take advantage of these additional savings opportunities.
