Sales Associate in Long Beach, CA

The Sales Associate will be responsible for all sales activities and job duties, from lead generation through to close of job.  This individual will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. The Sales Associate is also responsible for duties that are requested by their supervisor(s).

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Outreach to potential new clients.
  • Field calls for both current and new clients.
  • Maintain close relationships and communications with clients.
  • Create projections for business based on their knowledge of client actions.
  • Create quotations for incoming jobs.
  • Create invoices for jobs that have been completed.
  • Maintain visibility over invoices and reports sent to clients.
  • Revise client reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience; technical sales experience a plus.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Some knowledge of CRM and sales tracking systems also a plus.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English language in speaking, reading and writing; other languages beneficial, but not required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 base salary + commission.

Account Manager in Long Beach, CA

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! The Account Manager will provide support to both the sales team and customer and will be the central liaison for facilitating proposal execution. Primary duties will revolve around in-house project management, from customer approvals through to final billing and closure.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing projects from set-up to completion.
  • Utilizing current systems for internal project establishment and delivery.
  • Communicating Internally with sales representatives on new and on-going project status.
  • Communicating externally with clients by providing timely status updates.
  • Serving as a liaison to operations to ensure products, services and needs for successful execution.
  • Verification that all services are rendered and reported appropriately.
  • Reviewing final cost for project billing, ensuring all job-related expenses and fees are billed appropriately.
  • Reviewing projects for archival, verifying all documentation has been filed appropriately and delivered to the customer.
  • Developing a basic understanding of industry standards and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Self-starter, reliable, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Warm and professional demeanor with a polished phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with good command of English language in speaking, reading and writing; other languages beneficial, but not required.
  • Discretion and excellent judgment with regards to confidential information.
  • Highly organized and be extremely detail oriented.
  • Must be flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Bonus Skills and Conpetencies:

  • Project Management and/or experience
  • Knowledge of Bicycle and Outdoors Sporting Goods
  • experience with CRM, sales tracking systems or project management software
  • Bilingual or Multilingual

Compensation: $21.00 per hour. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits!
